All server optimizations and database works of Poshet, which was selected as the best e-commerce initiative of 2024, were carried out. By using the flexible structure of WooCommerce, resource consumption was reduced and conversion rates were increased.

PROBLEM
The WooCommerce-based e-commerce site poshet.com.tr faced significant issues with excessive server resource consumption, resulting in slow loading times on both desktop and mobile platforms.
SOLUTION
To address this, we first disabled all unnecessary plugins and rebuilt high-resource plugins in-house to minimize resource consumption. We then optimized all database tables, removing any that were redundant. Additionally, we compressed and converted all images on the site to modern formats to ensure faster loading times.
RESULT
Following these changes, poshet.com.tr’s load time improved from around 7 seconds to an impressive 0.7 – 0.9 seconds. This led to a 2-3x increase in conversion rates, maximizing customer satisfaction and significantly enhancing the user experience.
